Step 1

Place your wedding gown in an appropriate postal box (please place a note inside the box with your full name, address, phone number & email address) & post it to our Mt Waverley flagship store.

We recommend registered post or insured post. We also clean veils & bridal shoes, so if you’d like those cleaned simply place them in the postal box.

Step 2

Once we receive your gown, we will call you with an exact price & explain the entire process & preservation options for your gorgeous gown.

Then the magic happens & we make your gown sparkle again!

Step 3

Once you proceed & the gown is completed, we will post the gown back to you FREE OF CHARGE* via registered post or signed courier service. It’s as simple as that!
